You must however contact us first to let us know the problem and you must also pay for the shipping back to us unless your order was damaged in shipment or it was an error of World Pet Store.com. Our 100% Money Back Guarantee on everything is good for 30 days if not satisfied return the item(s) for a full refund except original shipping costs. Please note that we do not pay for shipping via UPS Express Services for any reason (out of stock, product does not work & etc) it is available for your convenience only. All items must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories. Please note that we cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. Items returned that are not in sellable condition, or are missing parts, will be charged a re-stocking fee of 20%.

Returning Merchandise: If you are not completely satisfied with a product for any reason just return it for a refund or exchange of the product cost. We must authorize the return so simply contact us first then please include a note with the items on why you are returning the item, include yellow receipt that came with your order & the address you supplied to us when ordering. Please contact us to let us know about the return & then send the item(s) to the address below after we have made contact with you and authorized the return.
