We accept most forms of payment including...Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Debit Cards, En Route, Diners Club, Certified or Cashier's Check and Money Orders. We do not accept personal checks or cash unless you live in Chillicothe, OH. You may order products from us in any of the following ways...Online, e-mail, Fax, Phone or Mail however you will need to contact us to get a shipping calculation if you use one of these methods. To order by email simply include your complete shipping address, daytime telephone # and/or home telephone # and the complete name & code of the items you wish to buy. If you are using a credit card for your order please include the Credit Card #, expiration date, and the billing address for the credit card.
 If you place your order by ways other than using our "Secure Server" we will have to do a shipping calculation to determine how much you will be charged for shipping.
Orders to all international addresses, including Canada and Mexico, will incur an additional shipping charge of $9.95. If you have questions about product availability or shipping internationally please email us. Only English speaking representatives handles customer service calls at this time. We only ship International orders once a week, usually that day will be a Thursday or Friday. All taxes, duties, and expenses related to importation and compliance with local import country laws are exclusively the responsibility of the recipient. All orders are shipped FOB-Chillicothe, OH. Once we have accepted your order and shipped the product, we will make no refunds and accept no returns. Please consult your local country Customs Service and other relevant authorities to confirm that no restrictions or special requirements will apply to your order. We are not responsible for delays or costs resulting from acts or decisions of local governmental agencies concerning the importation of your order.

Estimated transit time is 5 to 10 business days. However, actual delivery time may vary due to customs constraints.
Packages cannot be tracked. We only ship International orders once a week, usually that day will be a Thursday or Friday.

2nd Day Air Services for any reason (out of stock, product does not work &
etc) it is available for your convenience only. UPS cannot deliver to P.O.
Boxes, APO's & FPO's so if your order is going to one of these please allow 2-3
extra days for your order to be shipped via the USPS.
International Customers must select one of our "International
Air Mail" shipping options. If you have an existing web site you can join our Affiliates Program and link your site with
ours and then any sales resulting from the traffic you give will result in a 10%
